Hey there, I'm Ünal, glad you found my website. Here's some info about me:

• I recently graduated from MSc. Computer Science at TU Munich.
• I am a research assistant at Institute of Computational Biology in Helmholtz Munich.
• My current research interests are federated learning in medical image segmentation, representation learning using autoencoders on single cell ATAC-seq data
• I also play bass and write songs for my metal band Carnac. Check us out on Bandcamp and Spotify and tell a friend!
• Every now and then, I release some bass cover videos on my Youtube channel. Do let me know what you think there in comments.
